Processing times vary slightly depending on the type of product ordered:
GLP-1 products and peptide pens are processed according to our standard timelines.
Non-GLP products may require up to an additional ±1 business day for processing.
During high-demand periods or when multiple product types are included in one order, processing times may be adjusted accordingly to ensure everything is prepared correctly.
Dispatch & Courier Collection
Once processing is complete, your order is handed over to one of our trusted courier partners for delivery.

Overnight delivery is not guaranteed for non-GLP products
Orders containing multiple product types may be dispatched together based on the longest applicable processing time
Orders placed earlier in the week are more likely to reach clients sooner, as weekend courier delays may apply
As soon as your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details.

Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our products (medical supplies & supplements), we do not offer refunds or returns once items have been received.
Exceptions:
If there is a manufacturing defect and this can be proven, we will:
Replace or refund the item after investigation
Require sufficient evidence, return of goods, and confirmation that the fault is on our side
Note: This applies only to pens — opened or mixed liquids are non-refundable & non-returnable
Refund Policy – Stock Shortage
In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, a full refund will be offered or a replacement pen.

Some products require additional preparation steps before courier collection. This helps ensure accuracy and quality control across all orders.
Do you have stock of X product?
Stock levels are shown live on the website.
Click on a product — it will display how many units are available or if it’s on backorder.
If your order includes a backorder item, the entire order will be held until that product is restocked.
Please check restock dates before placing a backorder.
Where are the usage instructions?
All Peptide Pens include clear usage instructions on the box.

Why only 4 needles in my box?
Each Peptide Pen includes 4 needles
Adding 40+ needles would require bigger packaging and increase costs — therefore, extra needles can be purchased separately from us or your local pharmacy.
Where are you based? Can I collect?
We operate 100% online and do not offer collections.
